Twilio SMS configuration for sales hub - sender phone number not appearing in the drop down list

Hi,
I have created a new sms provider (Twilio) in sales entering the: Account SID and Auth token 
 
Account SID
Auth Token
 
The problem is when I go to create a text message from sales there is no text message sender in the drop down and I can't proceed to send the sms.
 
Is there anything else I need to set up to get this working? I've tested sending an SMS from Twilio and it was successful.
 
Any help would be really appreciated.
