Bonjour,

Est-ce possible de créer un contact au CRM qui peut contenir plusieurs adresses courriels un peu comme dans Outlook?

    Hi Cat_Car,

    Yes, this is possible. When you create contacts with the same record, CRM would pop-up a window to let you merge or ignore and save the record.

    If you don't want to make this window pop-up, you can navigate to here to disable the rule:

    Hello, no it is not exactly what I need. I would like to create a general contact with multiple email addresses.

    For example :

    Full name : General information

    Emails : jenny.bb@test.com; oliver.cc@test.com; patricia.aa@test.com

    If I try to do that, the CRM shows me that it is an invalid email.

    Hi Cat_Car,

    Got it. Unfortunately, this is impossible. Crm has three email fields on the Contact entity. Each of them is only allowed to enter one email address. And when you send emails, you can only send to their primary email(emailaddress1). So as a workaround, you need to add several contact records with different primary email address and send email to them.
