ER configuration problem with HMRC's MTD VAT setup

Dear all,

I am trying to set up the ER configuration for HMRC regarding the UK VAT, following the steps in this MS documentation: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/finance/localizations/emea-gbr-mtd-vat-integration-setup

However, it seems that I miss a necessary configuration because I am not able to submit the form (the checkbox for the consent is disabled and I am not able to confirm the provided information):

Do you have any idea what is missing and how can I solve the problem in order to proceed further with the configuration execution?

Any help will be highly appreciated.
