Hi, I'm trying to test HMRC and when I try to obtain an access Token. I get the following error.

An error occured while trying to obtain access token. Model mapping for the import format does not exist.

Hi Thanks for answering. I'm new to this and was asked to look into it. This is MTD VAT UK. What particular Configuration data do need?

I think the last setup that was applied was UK MTD VAT setup_v3

Do I need to apply UK MTD VAT setup_v6_KB5008136 from 10.0.22 ONLY?

Thank You, maybe you could answer a quick question. I think the last set up we applied was UK MTD VAT setup_v3. Since then, we have updated F.O. to 10.0.24. It seems I should apply the new update: UK MTD VAT setup_v6_KB5008136 from 10.0.22 ONLY

Does that sound right?

Also, I don't see where to get the Server Token

Edit: Apparently 'Server token' has been depreciated

..looks like it worked when I applied this package: UK MTD VAT setup_v6_KB5008136 from 10.0.22 ONLY

I got a number of errors but I think it's ok since the errors are all: the record already exists

Now, I 'Create test user request' in UK MTD VAT TEST. But when I try to 'Generate test user request', I get this error:

Electronic message action with "Generate test user request" name is not supported by "MTD VAT interoperation (UK)" format. Action canceled.

Edit: it seems that the 'MTD VAT interoperation (UK).version.31.10' no longer supports 'generate test user request'

However, when I try to retrieve the VAT obligations, I get this error:

VAT registration number cannot be empty

Hi brianmaric,

I can recommend to raise a support case for this error message on LCS for Microsoft to get better assist.

Regarding the VAT registration number error message please check the Electronic message processing that if you have provided the Tax registration number.

I am wondering if something is wrong with my Set-Up. Can you 'generate test user request' or is it true that it is no longer supported?

Also, I don't seem to have the option for Tax Registration number?
