Track Dynamic 365 user Permissions over time

Hi,

Is there away to track user Permissions and Active Dynamic Licenses?

Example:

When is a security Role is assigned or removed from a user?

When is a dynamics user license assigned to a user?

When is a dynamics user license removed from a user?

    Hey Hugie.

    There are three important things here.  All documented on https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/audit-data-user-activity

    1. You need to enable all three auditing options.  Specially the one related to Audit User Access and Start Read Auditing.

    2. Definitively, you should check & enable auditing on the affected entities:  Security Roles & User.  This will ensure you're tracking "who adds/receive a security role".

    3. Finally:  License assignment is not done within Dynamics but on O365/Azure.  You can read more on https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/office-365/licenses-quot-who-assigned-this-license-quot-report/m-p/1180401 and https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/all/checking-licence-changes-in-audit-logs/b95fd53e-9c15-40cd-8e72-95cd818649d6 and specially, https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/enterprise-users/licensing-group-advanced#use-audit-logs-to-monitor-group-based-licensing-activity
