How to verify Microsoft Dynamics GP is calculating Payroll taxes correctly

When you click on this link it redirects the browser to a MBS Root Site page that says "We are sorry, the page you requested cannot be found."

We are struggling to understand how these calculations are being made. When we follow the instructions on Terry Heley's blog page, "Microsoft Dynamics GP Year-End Update 2019: New 2020 Payroll W-4 how does it work in Microsoft Dynamics GP?" we're arriving at a different result than what the Dynamics GP system is calculating. Does anyone have more in-depth advise and/or references for this?

Hi Mike,

I'm sure you've already resolved your issues with how Payroll taxes are calculating, but if you still have questions on this, I'd recommend opening a support case for a GP engineers to help out further.
