Users Fill the All Columns value before close the Case exclude Admin

Hi Everyone,

I have one requirement in security role. I need to enable the security role for the custom column. After enabled. I'm not able to assign or update without filling
The user must fill the all mandatory value before closing the case. Admin exclude from settings

Are you using Field level security?

You want required fields in the form to be Optional in case of Admin and for other users it should be required.
