Send Email from partner portal

Hi,

I am working on partner portal. Is there a way by which we can send any email to any user inside or outside CRM from portal?

    Hi Akash,

    If you want to add dynamic image as attachment when sending email, you need go power automate(https://us.flow.microsoft.com/en-us/) to create a flow to achieve it.

    Microsoft Dataverse supports integration with SharePoint Online that enables you to use the document management capabilities of SharePoint from within Dataverse.Power Apps portals now supports uploading and displaying documents to and from SharePoint directly on a basic form or advanced form in a portal, so you can upload images to sharepoint in portal.

    Then you can create a flow to sens emails:

    Hi,

    Is it possible that can we attach any image from the portal manually in the email while sending it? (not any fixed image from the email template). Means can we attach any rich text editor or something which helps us in uploading any image from portal and send it in email.

    Hi Akash,

    You can create an email template, which contains attachment and log, then you can send email with the template in workflow.
