Case upload - new

Hello

I would like to know if there is a way we can upload more than 100 new cases on CRM Dynamics

    i can choose the template but when click on download, we cannot. unauthorized access.

    Yes, You can but you have to make sure following:

    1. Customer associated with case should be in CRM.

    2.Subject associated with case should be in CRM.

    You can use OOB import wizard or SSIS to import it.

    To what part specifically is the error being thrown on? the template or using advanced find?

    Thanks T.I.A for this valuable help but am having unauthorized access to same though i have the system admin access.

    I also tried login using the admin crm access, the issue still persists.

    if you go to settings--->Data Management, click on templates for data import

    select case, you will be given a template that you can add data too. Additionally if you want something more specific go to advanced find, select case in the look for: and go to results. Click on excel templates and you can specify what columns you want and create a new template.

    Thanks for the quick response.  Do you have the template for new case.  I tried to update case, this works but not for new cases.

    Yes you can there any many ways including import data wizard.

    This also depends on from where (source) you are planning to bring the data and  upload, also the format of the source data (mapping) .

    Yes. You can use the Import Wizard to upload cases via an excel spreadsheet.
