One time vendor with Purchase Requisition and RFQ

Dear Experts,

I am curious to know, if any business comes up and says that, they want to use the One Time vendor with PR and RFQ process, how do we tackle those? becase One time vendor is only possible to use in PO, in case I am not aware, kindly feel free to update me.

I do think this is not an invalid scenario, rather I am just putting this question to you, Isn't it a system limitation?

    Hi Ramit,

    After querying relevant documents, it is found that the sequence number of the one-time supplier is an automatic account number generated for the one-time supplier during the creation of the purchase order, which means that the option of a one-time supplier seems to be only applicable in the purchase order. In addition, discussions of similar issues found for you, which also seem to state that the one-time supplier is generated when the PO is created.

    Conclusion- D365 has no possibility to use a one-time vendor with Purchase Requisition, correct here if anyone has any other input.
