How can we give custom icons to cases in dynamics 9.0 for customer service

Is there any way to change the icons of the cases created in dynamics according to predefined condition. Example I want different icons for the cases based on their priority. Any help will be very much appreciated

You can't change icons of system entities, here: docs.microsoft.com/.../change-custom-entity-icons

What you are highlighting above is actually entity image and not case entity icon. If you click on that you will be able upload an image.
