tracking employee performance

My company has recently started using D365FO and I have been tasked with creating a way to track performance. My employees do a lot of different jobs a day with different time rates for each job. We currently have no way to track how each employee is keeping up with the rates of each job. Is this software able to give out some kind of report that will say how each employee is performing?

Hy,

as I understand your employees do work on different jobs with different sales prices.

This is typical scenario for the professional service where services are fulfilled by people and invoiced to your customers.

This can be done by Project based operations where you can track time for each person using a electronic timesheet. The time entry on the time sheet can be done also on a mobile device and is associated to the project. Within the project are sales prices per hour defined for your invoicing to the customers. You can also track some KPI's as billable and non billabe hours ratio.

This is part of the procjet management module within D365FO or otherwise also the part of Project operations app.
