Can I customize the url for the survey?

I am looking for a way to customize the URL for a survey. Basically I would like the link and QR codes to not say "microsoft.com" when it is sent. An when you send the link via text or something that shows previews you get a preview for "Dynamics 365 Customer Voice" and it shows the cusomter voice logo.

I dont mind the powered by things on the form really dont mind the microsoft.com URL. But from a customer point of view this could be confusing.

I suppose another way would be to instead of the generic "Dynamics 365" info that comes with the link the page would push the name of the survey or even the name of the project.

Anyway, looking for any work around.
