Hi All,

I would like to test my marketing forms on my localhost but i having some issues with the domain verification and my localhost.

Is there a solution to host a marketing form on a localhost?

This is afraid that you can't.
Localhost is an invalid domain name

It is recommended that you raise a support ticket to the Microsoft official.
