There is a requirement where i have to list all the duplicate records associated with lead separately

In my opinion, first of all, it is impossible to list duplicates through a view.
Because the view is composed of xml, views filter records by comparing fields values, xml cannot implement the logic of duplicate detection at all.
In fact, the most suitable way is still through Deduplicator of XrmToolBox to detect and export to Excel.

The only way I can think of that meets your requirements is to create an HTML page that calls the OOTB duplicate detection method to get the duplicates and display them in the HTML, then upload it to the web resource. Finally create an area on the sitemap to show the web resource.

But this only theoretical, we have to do a lot of development coding in reality. So if you don't have a development team, this requirement will be difficult for you to achieve.
Maybe we could wait for good suggestions form other experts.

Do you mean duplicate records for one specific lead?
Like a view inside a lead form which shows potential duplicates for this particular lead?

One more.... this is using OOB fetaure:

So we can only search for the OOTB method.
Anyway, D365 has the OOTB function of deleting duplicates, you can also see all the duplicates through it. (Not in the view, but in the system job)
So without coding, it is impossible to see all duplicates in a separate interface like view.
Or you can accept the way OOTB detects duplicates. Because as long as you set the duplicate detection rules accurately, you can correctly filter out the duplicates you want and then delete them.
