using 'Dynamics 365" tab in Outlook

Can i use ' dynamics 365 ' add-in tab to create new cases or new opportunities ?

Hi,

Of course you can. After you integrate Dynamics 365 and Outlook, you could directly create a new case and opportunity from Outlook without opening Dynamics 365 interface.

Hi,

Please take a look at the following screenshot below.

1. Click "Dynamics 365" in the command bar.

2. Click the drop-down arrow of "Dynamics 365 record", choose the Entity which you would like to create a new record.

Hi,

You are using Dynamics 365 App for Outlook instead of Dynamics 365 for Outlook client.

They are different.
