Hello - We were recently updated to the new email designer, including for email templates. Now our thumbnails are terrible representations of the emails (screen shot below) and I don't know how to change them. I would also like to change some labels / tags of the templates, but cannot seem to find where those are updated now either. Please help, thank you!
Hi,
Do the emails you create using this template look like thumbnails or are they displayed normally?
This may have something to do with the HTML code, here's a similar example.

Thank you for answering. Unfortunately, I've already looked into the resources you provided, and they are outdated to use in my situation.
I am looking to set the thumbnail of the template on the "Marketing email template" popup window that appears when you are creating a new email. (Shown in the screen shot I provided)
The other issue is with the new update, there isn't a "General Info" tab in the email template designer anymore so I can't change the label / tag there. That doc hasn't been updated yet.
