Hi,
I can't seem to do multiple selections using the shift-key in the new interface, only ctrl-key works. Does anyone else have a similar issue?
Thanks

Hi,
I've raised a ticket with Microsoft and they've confirmed this is a known issue with UCI. There's no timeline on fix at the moment unfortunately.
Hi Yen,
I don't have a good solution.
This issue may be related to your D365 customization, please raise a Microsoft support ticket.
Yes, I tried Chrome, Explorer and Edge.
I've asked another colleague to check as well and he's getting a similar behaviour in his instance too.
Hi Yen,
I tested it in the same version and still haven't encountered this problem.
Have you tried it in multiple browsers?
Hi,
It's definitely a problem in my instance (new interface only, old interface still works fine). In the new interface, shift-key selections behaves the same as ctrl-key selections, i.e. selecting row 1 and 4 will select row 1 and row 4 only (2 records selected), instead of row 1 to 4 (4 records selected).
Version details:
Server version: 9.1.0000.6226
Client version: 1.3.1948-190626-193951
Thanks
Hi Yen,
I tested it in my environment and didn't encounter this problem.
In the unified interface, both the Shift key and the Ctrl key can be used to select multiple records.
Note that in the view of the entity, the first column or the name column is usually links, so please do not click on the first column or the name column to select multiple. If you click on them, you will go directly to the record form.
