Email from outlook templates tracked to wrong customers

HI

We use Outlook Templates for Enquiries. These are saved in the default outlook template folder in Outlook

These have document attached and links to websites for more information in them.

We edit them slightly for each customer and then send them out.

When we send an email usually the second email is automatically tagged to the first customer in dynamics we sent the email to.  Even though we are opening up the Template from scratch.

I could understand how this may happen if we edited and resent the email we had sent but not when its fresh from the template folder.

We have to manually change each email to the correct customer.

Any ideas on how to force Dynamics to only track via the email address?
