Hi ,
I want to have a feature like Lync/Skype integration but use an URL to open a tiers application in another window.
Now, whenever a CRM user clicks to a telephone number field inside the CRM, we get a Skype/Lync call.
the URL will be called in a javascript function in contact from .
This function oppen the URL when I click in the call logo in contact phone number field(We used only the unfied interface ).
I used the tow function below but I get a script error il on load from .
Can you help me please?
