Dear Dynamics user/experts,

Is it possible to change the calculated VAT amount for each line in the Sales Order? When we make adjustment in temporary sales transaction, it automatically allocates changes proportionally between lines.What if we want to make adjustment only for one line?

Hi Mahsali,

Please enable tax adjustment in detailed mode from AR parameters. Then override sales tax amount from sales order line, and this will not be proportioned to other lines.

Hi André,

Sometimes line amount is sum of different services (and not always each service is subject to VAT). So, in this case, we need to add VAT Amount manually. I actually found 'enable tax adjustment in detailed mode" inside Accounts Receivable parameters. It allowed me manually add VAT amount for each line

Hi Mahsati,

There is no option for overriding the sales tax on order lines. At least not within my localization. What is the use case for making tax adjustments?
