Data Import/Export Framework CU7, problems to import decimal values

Hi, we have recently updated to CU7. In the previous version, to import a decimal value (for example the net weight in DmfProductEntity) in a text file (like csv) we used the dot (.) to separate the decimals and we get an error if we use comma (,). With CU7 the situation has swapped and using dot create problems. We don't want to change the export program (at the moment we use csv files for export and import in Ax), so do you know if there is a way (or some parameters) to use the old files? Thanks Giancarlo

Doesn't if follow the setup in Windows? It would be taken from the account running the DIXF service, I guess.

I haven't tested it; it's just what I would expect to happen.

    Hi Giancarlo,

The source data formats in CU7 contains a field called 'Language locale'. You can try to switch this to another language. I haven't tested it, but it might also manage the decimal symbol.

Andre's guess is right, we had the same problem and switching the 'Language locale' setting in the source data formats did the trick.

You are right, that was the problem related with my import.

I chance the Language Locale from IT to EN-US and it worked.

The fact is, in the previous versions, I used IT as Language Locale and I didn't see the same errors.

    Thanks
