Importing Price List Items

Hi 

I'm trying to import a default price list. 

The pricelist relates to products already uploaded. 

I downloaded the pricelist items template and entered the data.

When I upload it all line fail on the product column saying "lookup  reference cannot be resolved".

The products are there and match the column data, can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong.

    Can you share a screenshot of the parts of the csv file you are importing that ties to the product?  Also, the way you are mapping them in with import (if its automated mapping, that may be partially the issue)

    Either your product name must be duplicated(inactive product) or the name field isn't matching the excel.

    You can save the excel as csv and then try importing it with custom mapping.

    This will allow you to match any unique product column with the target.
