Hi, We have analyzed the information you have provided, but we are unable to determine if you are using OBM or RTM, and based on our testing there does not appear to be an OOB feature at this time that is capable of exporting segmented Members. If you are using OBM segmentation you can refer to the following official document to export segmented members. Export members of dynamic segments to Excel - Dynamics 365 Customer Insights | Microsoft Learn In addition, we are unable to reproduce your issue in our test environment, we believe it is possible that one of the dynamic segmented members is not refreshed, you can try to use the static segmentation to see if the issue still occurs.
