The Offset Account field in the Journal Voucher has four internal fields, I copy and paste from excel in this four-part field one part at a time, is it possible, by modifying the cells in excel, to enter all parts of this field at once? Thank you.

I think this may not be possible. Because Excel actually uses the Tab separator to split cells, this may not work in Journal Voucher.
You can divide the computer screen into two parts: browser and Excel. You don't have to repeat the action of minimizing and maximizing the window. This makes copying more convenient.
In addition, as Journal Voucher belongs Finance and Operations or Dynamics AX, I would recommend you to transfer this question to F&O Forum or AX.
