I would like to know if it is possible to add description to the products with text and images, and then, when adding the product in the opportunity, to be able to add this field (with the images and product description) in the word template of the opportunity.
Is this possible?

Not sure About the images but Product description you can definitely add. and you can also add on the Word template by adding the mapping in the Word template.

I know that can be done in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management and then you can consume that product in Dynamics 365 Sales but not pretty sure directly from Dynamics 365 Sales.
