
I saw a weird behavior when explored the Omnichannel chat dashboard.
The entity records for conversation entity has Customer as blank and the subject contained Visitor.
The weird thing about this is that the one doesn't get notification for chat request for the unknown customer.
Anyone can enlighten why is this happening?

Can you provide a clear screenshot, the picture you provide above is too blurry.
But I noticed that the customer field is not empty from the blurred screenshot.
You can click the customer column of the record, you should navigate to the customer form, the reason it shows up like this should be a problem with this customer record itself.
Or you can search conversation in Advanced Find with filter ‘customer does not contain data’ to check results.
If one conversation has blank customer, it will be returned, and customer column is null, which is different from your screenshot.
