Security role privilege not granted but user can do actions

Hi all, one of the users has a security role with Create as "None Selected", however he is able to manually create a case.

Other privileges are: Read on Org level, Write and Delete-None Selected, Append and Append to are Business Unit level, Assign is None Selected and Share is Org level. 

Is it possible this is a bug?

    Hi,

    As I know, a user with the security role "Salesperson" couldn't create a new case. I suggest you could copy the security role, and edit the other privileges other than the privileges for Case entity, then give the new security role to a user, and let he check whether he still can create a new case.

    Check to see the user belongs to which business unit team and if any other teams.

    If the team/s have security roles it will apply to the user also. 

    For example - If the team security role allows to create a case the user will be able to create a case too.
