We have a workflow error that only occurs in our Purchase Order workflow, and it happens randomly.
To temporarily resolve it, I kill the blocking session and resume the workflow, allowing it to continue. After the next approver approves, the error appears again, and I have to resume it once more. I repeat this process until the Purchase Order is fully approved.
