Process automation: scheduled, Batch job not running

Hello community,

I've set up Trial balance snapshot - Process automation in D365 and there are several tasks scheduled. But when the time comes, nothing happens in the batch job page. All the tasks remain in "scheduled" status.

Kindly advise.

Hi,

As you mention you are using a sandbox, the batch service should be working, but probably the batch job has a wrong status. Can you check the Batch jobs form and tell us if there is a batch job available and what is the current state?

Hi,

Can you confirm if you are using Dynamics 365 Finance? If so, what environment type are you using (e.g. Production, Sandbox, Development)? Is the batch service enabled?
