Form submissions not visible on Submissions tab

Form submissions are not visible on the Submissions tab but Insights tab.

What can be the reason for that?

    What type of form / function do you use? Form capture? I probably have the same problem, try to retrieve information via an external form, get information about visits but no data is retrieved.

    I'm using form.

    But I just had an idea that the tab Submissions won't collect any data until 'Store form submission' is set to YES.

    Hi Ewelina Kolacz,

    If you want to store all submission, set to YES. If not, only pending and failed submission will be saved.

    Hi Ewelina,

    As this section introduced:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/marketing/failed-submissions#choose-whether-to-keep-all-incoming-submissions-or-just-failures

    In the Submission behavior section, set the Store all form submission option to one of the following:

    • No: To only keep a record pending and failed submissions on the Form submissions tab.
    • Yes: To also keep a record of all successfully processed submission here.

    In addition, do you check these records with user who has admin privileges?(system admin user role)

    Or assign necessary read privileges on Marketing form submission entity and Marketing field submission entity to your current user.
