Hi Guy's,

Is there a way to set a default value for the option Recipient Activity will be followed?
When we send a quote from dynamics 365 via the button /Send Quote/ the value is automatically set on Recipient Activity will not be followed.
We would like to change that to Activity will be followed for every email that goes out of dynamics 365.

When we create an email via activities, the default value is recipient activity will be followed.
When we send a quote the default value is recipient activity will NOT be followed.

Any suggestions on this?

Many thanks

Can you please provide step by step instructions on what you are doing?

There is no "send quote" button. Are you referring to exporting the quote to PDF and then clicking on the email button?
