Add item charge to statistical value

Hi

I am trying to increase the statistical value of an item by the item (charge) assigned to it. I am doing the following:

 - Using a item (charge) with Insurance/Freight flagged = TRUE

- Enter item on PO

- Enter item (charge) on PO

- use suggest assignment to assign full amount to item line

- Receive order

- Run intrastat > get lines

The amount and statistical value are the same but do not include my assigned item charge amount

Must be missing a setting somewhere. Any help much appreciated

Thanks

Thankyou should have known it has to be invoiced before it is applied to Statistical Value

Once you invoice the delete the existing entries on Intrastat Journal and once again do the "Get Entries".

    Hi,

Item Charge amount will be included once you finish invoicing.

The item is FIFO. I am looking to increase the value on the Intrastat return where there are two columns for value:

Amount uses the Unit Price ie the sales price in this case and therefore not impacted by direct costs.

Statistical Value should take the amount above and apply any freight/insurance charges allocated.

    Hi,

What is the Costing Method on Item Card Master ?

If your Item Costing Method Standard or Specific I am sure that Item Charge will be ignored this could be one reason.

Can you try another Item with different Costing Method like FIFO.

    Hi,

It seems to be a customized screen.

    Is there any customization?

    Example using Cronus as follows:

I raised an order to EU customer Beef House and included an item and charge (item) line for freight

S-Freight is setup as shown below

    5488.2.png

Charge item assigned as shown below

    3731.3.png

I have then shipped the order and added the line (get entries) on intrastat journal but the amount of freight has not increased the statistical value
