hello guys,
i have a error that happens only to one user and is not specific to his machine ( i tried it with another machine ). the problem is whenever he clicks on new email he gets an error
"One of the scripts for this record has caused an error"
in the error log i have those details

I tried clear cache and cookies , tried different browser, tried incognito , tried different machine the error remains .
if he closes the error he can continue working normally and send email but it's so annoying
