Moving pictures and documents from Marketing Library from one environment to another

We are currently developing D365 Customer Insight in a new environment. Our existing system is D365 Marketing in another environment.
My question is if it is possible to move the pictures in Marketing Library (pictures and documents) from our existing app and environment to the new app and environment keeping the pictures and documents name and tags?
