Hi Experts,

We are using the Enhanced add product experience, in that the "Recently used" products tab is showing all the product we have used in the alphabetical order rather than the order in which they were added, i understand that the sorting is based on the product but would like to know how to change it to sort by the last product added.

Hi,

For the Enhanced add product experience, we can customize three things.

So we can't sort the Recently used view by OOTB solution.

If you have to sort by latest time, you can create a calculate field which is whole number data type and use this field to store the minutes from product added to now.

Take quote products as an example:

Then add this field to the Quote products Add Products view and sort this view by the new field.

Hi,

There is currently no OOTB solution, and I will continue to update this post if Microsoft has any instructions for this feature.
