Can't activate a rule to automatically create or update records

Hello, I hope you can help me

We have created a rule to automatically create or update records, but when we try to activate it an empty dialog box is displayed and we can only press de "X" icon to close it.

    Hi Alberto,

    1.You can try to activate this rule on the form or this view respectively.

    2.If neither of these ways work, you can try to clear browser cache or privacy mode or privacy mode to test again.

    3.Or you can Set up rules to automatically create or update records in legacy app firstly.

    Then migrate automatic record creation rules to Unified Interface.

    Hello Leah Ju,

    I appreciate your answer, but I have already tried what you say without being able to solve it

    1. When I press any of these Activate options is when the empty dialog box is displayed.

    2. I have tried clearing browser data, on different browsers too and on different laptops with the same result.

    3. Legacy option will be discontinued this year, so I want to use Unified Interface.

    Hi Alberto,

    I found following thread, the owner meet the same error with you, he solve it by updating environment, maybe you can try to test it.

    You can open the ticket with Microsoft and ask for support if it is still not work.

    And you can use legacy option to work If your need for this feature is urgent.
