Hi, First time posting on one of these and I will be the first to admit i am not as experienced with our CRM as some of the users on here, So any help would be massively appreciated.
Since my company did the Dynamics update 2 days ago we are now not able to access it via Chrome browser. I can log into dynamics and search for things, i can access account lists and contacts and everything else, it is just when i actually try and go into any record it will not let me, it just comes up with the loading screen which says "loading business logic" and thats it, nothing happens.
We have been told from our IT guys that it is because Chrome is no longer supported and we have to use microsoft Edge browser which i would rather not, also not helpful on my Mac at home because i use chrome on that and dont want to download edge.
Any help would be massively appreciated. Thankyou in advance!
