How can all users in my org see the custom fields I create?

I am trying to make it so all users can see the custom fields I created and implemented on my Sale Pro app. How can I set up the other users to sync to my app set up?

Have you looked at Field Level security?

I checked into field level security and it appears that is for restricting access.

Hi,

You need to make sure user has Read access on your Entity where have created new custom field.

If requirement is to write data to the new custom field then you will have to give Write permission for your entity.

You can update existing security role which are already assigned to the user/Create new security role with these permission and then assign role to the users.
