HI Team,

What happens when two roles have different set of configurations.

Ex :- In a Rep role, Account entity has BU level Read Access .

In a Team Security Role which assigned to Business Unit has User level Read Access. Which will consider on top by the Dynamics system.

Hi Sreesai,

If the user holding two roles with two different permissions on same entity, user will have highest privilege out of them. In your case, user will have Business Unit level read access to Account entity.

I couldn’t find any Microsoft document specifically mentioned about team and user role permission precedences. But you can refer below link which stated - “Security role privileges are cumulative: having more than one security role gives a user every privilege available in every role.”
