Convesational Intelligence not getting data

Did any of you manage to set it up for Teams Meeting?
I followed all the guidance from Set up the conversation intelligence app | Microsoft Learn and still cannot get it working.

I have Sales app working properly, I can save manually summary in sales app to Dynamics 365 (and even see the sentiment and keywords in Sales tab in meeting recap).

I'm running users with D365 Sales Premium.

CI does work for Teams meetings, but full insights (sentiment, keywords, transcript) stay in Teams Sales app , In Dynamics 365, you only get summary/notes if you manually or auto-save to CRM , It works best when meetings are created/linked from a D365 record

Since Conversation Intelligence works in the Sales app (you can manually save summaries and see sentiment/keywords), the core setup and licensing are likely

correct. The issue is probably specific to the Teams Meeting integration.

    Things to check:
    • Teams policies: Ensure meeting transcription and cloud recording are enabled.
    • Licensing: Verify all relevant users (especially the meeting organizer) have Dynamics 365 Sales Premium and are fully provisioned.
    • Conversation Intelligence settings: Confirm Teams meeting integration is enabled in Dynamics 365 Sales settings.
    • Meeting organizer: The organizer may also need the appropriate license and configuration.
    • Mailbox and synchronization: Verify server-side sync and that meetings are being tracked correctly in Dynamics.
    • Processing time: Meeting summaries and insights can sometimes take time to appear.
    Most likely cause

Because sentiment and keywords are already being generated, the issue is probably related to:
    • Teams meeting policies,
    • Meeting organizer configuration,
    • Meeting tracking into Dynamics, or
    • User enablement for Teams integration.

    Thanks for answers.
What I'm looking for is auto-save to CRM for transcripts and summaries.

I've checked all items and they seem to be correctly set, I just need a quick check on:
    • Mailbox and synchronization: Verify server-side sync and that meetings are being tracked correctly in Dynamics.

What do you mean by user enablement for Teams Integration? Do I need to take any action on user side after I've set up all integration settings?
