Budget against a financial dimension with advanced rule structures

Hi all,


Do you know how what exactly Microsoft docs mean with this?

Note: If you plan to budget against a financial dimension, it will need to be part of an account structure. Budgeting does not currently utilize advanced rules.


For example, in the USMF, I was able to enter budget register entries against an advanced rule.

    Looks like it is when you don't select main account and just want to define the budget again the financial dimension.

    Example: If you want to define against "Project" you might not be able to use

    When you set the budget control, you need to select the account structure.
    As far I know, this means from the configuration you can select just an account structure:
