I am having issues trying to change the images and have followed the steps you provided but the banner doesnt display. Its just greyed out now with no image. Please assist

Hi,
You can change the image from either of these 2 options-
1) In CRM, Navigate to Portals >> Web Files >> {Search for the record named homehero.jpg} >> {Open the record} >> {under notes you will find the image file which is being used} >>Add another note there and attach your image file.
2) Login to portal with administrator login >> you will get the content editor window on right side >> select children >> look for homehero.jpg >> click edit icon >> upload the new image.
Once the image is updated, you need to referesh the CRM. If you still see the old image then try in private browsing or different browser.
