    Hi,

I followed the steps mentioned by Ravi.

only a part of image is loaded

DO you think there is somewhere I can set the width of the image?

    It looks like below

    Hi Bash,

Are you still having issues with this? I just tried Ravi's instructions and it worked perfectly.

    Kind regards,

    Hi,

You can change the image from either of these 2 options-

    1) In CRM, Navigate to Portals >> Web Files >> {Search for the record named homehero.jpg} >> {Open the record} >> {under notes you will find the image file which is being used} >>Add another note there and attach your image file.

    2) Login to portal with administrator login >> you will get the content editor window on right side >> select children >> look for homehero.jpg >> click edit icon  >> upload the new image.

Once the image is updated,  you need to referesh the CRM. If you still see the old image then try in private browsing or different browser.

    Hope this helps.
