Tickets Dashboard - Daily report to summarizes all activities

Hi,

There is a way to automate a daily report with all tickets created, what is the most request product, what is the most engaged( defined) technician; how many tickets closed and oppened (and still open at the end of the day) and SLAs also?

Our tech manager would like to receive each day a summary.

    Hi,

tks for reply, the ZAPObject-RS is so expensive since it is user and year based; it would be the last/last/last/last/last option.

Reading the Bob Guidinger post, its incredible (to not say stupid) that MS offer an option when running on-premisses but not when online! Hello Microsoft, are you there????

    Hi Renato,

To schedule reports in Dynamics 365 CRM, you could try using Zap SSRS Report Scheduler App! This works with CRM Online as well as On-Premise and can email reports inline or as an attachment (pdf/excel) based on the recurring schedule you define!

    Take a look at this.

Same thing, you may achieve with the combination of MS flow and custom workflow/plug-in. So basically the flow will create/update some config record to trigger the workflow/plug-in, write custom code in workflow which executes the SSRS report and sends as an email in pdf or other formats.

    Good day partner,

If you are using On-premise instance, you could use SSRS Reports to create and send reports.

If you are using Online instance, you could refer to Mahender's answer in the following post.

    Hope it helps.

    Best Regards,

    Leo
