Application Crash Microsoft Dynamics GP2018 R2

Hello Every One,

I have developed one addon application on which I am facing GP Application crash Issue from last 4 months. but i couldn't solve it.

It is coming randomly. this error occurred on only one system. I am trying to reproduce it at other system but it couldn't reproduced.

Below is the snapshot of Windows Event Log. Please help me to resolve this.

You didn't mention what's your add-on is doing, does this involve some customization?

When you state that "It is coming randomly. this error occurred on only one system. I am trying to reproduce it at other system but it couldn't reproduced", do you mean that your customization caused Dynamics GP to crash on one machine but not on another?

If so, I would try first to try re-naming the GP directory on the machine that you see GP crash with this customization, then run a Repair via Control Panel > Programs and Features against that instance of Dynamics GP which will completely re-create the GP directory under the original name. Then, add your customization to this 'new' GP directory and launch Dynamics GP from that directory to see if it still crashes or not.
