We believe we have configured our LinkedIn connector properly. However, the data is missing the last name. How can we resolve this issue?
Hi VSalyer24,
Do you refer to LinkedIn Lead Gen? If so, have you mapped lead fields properly when configuring lead matching strategy?
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/marketing/linkedin-configuration#configure-a-strategy-to-match-incoming-linkedin-leads-to-existing-leads
It would be helpful to reproduce your issue if you could share some necessary steps with screenshots.
We have followed all of the steps in the article for configuration but we are still unable to get the "Last Name" to migrate into the CRM.
It seems that there is issue to background data processing.
Try connecting to a different LinkedIn account or creating a new lead gen form to test whether the issue still exists, if it still doesn't work, open a support ticket for assistance.
Hi Vsalyer24
Let us know if you are still having this issue after trying out the steps Clofly suggested
Thanks
After reaching out to MSFT support it was determined that a process was running after the lead was created and updating the lead name. When the process was deactivated the last name field fromthe connector was properly populated.
