Add display field to old View

Hello to all of you! I am faced with the following situation. Some colleagues in the department are using custom views of a certain form to be able to visualise the information that is of interest to them. On this form I have recently made a development where I add a display type field, however, once uploaded to production this development, the field does not appear in their views. I understand that as it is a preview of this development, the solution is to create the custom view again, but this would involve a lot of manual work. That is why I am asking you if there is any possibility to visualise this field without having to create these views again.

    What do you mean by display type field, do you means Display method? Where you added it on the form level? Can you elaborate more about the issue in order to understand and help you better.

    There is really no good way, but depending on how many users there are, I'd advise recreating the views.

    Views can be exported/imported as .XML, so in theory, you could manipulate that definition to add the display methods back, but I haven't tried it in practice. You can find it under System Administration - Setup - Personalization - Personal views.

    Hi,

    Are you sure about the deployed code to production? How you get the deployed package using Azure Dev Ops or from Visual studio? Are you able to see the customization in your Dev box?
