Create a new app (unified interface) - Entity - Entitlement - Dynamics Online V9

Hi,

Subject: Create a app (unified Interface) 

Entity: Entitlement

app goal interface: create/edit/manage/monitoring client entitlements

When i create this new app im unified interface mode I can´t have acess to the button of editing or create new entitlements

I Tested to change the app to Web mode : and I have all the acess
