Hi All,We are looking for an tool for applicants and onboarding (optional would be open enrolment if the product has that as well).We currently use My Staffing Pro's applicant portal solution. It is OK but no longer meets our needs. We have looked at many solutions and I'd like to know what other GP shops use. We were trying to implement TalentReef; unfortunately the product cannot accommodate some of our process/regulatory requirements and we are looking again. PeopleAdmin was another top contender of the 15 or so we looked at and we'll probably look at that again.Recommendations appreciated.

Dynamics GP does allow you to enter applicants into the HR module, which helps you to track and manage the interview/hiring process. You can also track up to 25 additional fields of information on each applicant, and can set up the headings/labels as you desire. You can hire the applicant across any company (in the same Dynamics database), and most of the information will flow on to their employee card, so you don't need to re-enter it. You can find many great video's of the applicant hiring process from Partners on You-tube. Below is a screenprint of the applicant windows in GP and a link to an HR doc.

Thanks, we already do that in GP. I am looking for third party solutions for online applications and electronic onboarding. Solutions like TalentReef, Zenefits, Bamboo HR, PeopleAdmin (we've looked at those and are still looking).
