GP 2013 Error in AA records aaVendID in AAG30001

Hi,

I have GP2013 with AA, we´re having this problem:

The information in AAG30001 for the field aaVendorId is not the correct value for the transactions with source RECVG, the vendor Id from GL20000 and AAG20001 is correct, but I don´t know what happen, why is the aaVendorID different in AAG30001?

This happens in several companies.

Hi Julia-

Thank you for posting your question on the Forums. There have been quite a few known quality issues resolved with Analytical Accounting(AA) since the GP 2013 version and you could be running into one of them. You will want to upgrade as soon as possible. GP18.5 is the latest version so ideally get to the latest greatest, but also note support for the GP2013 version will be ending in April 2023. If the issue persists after upgrading, I would suggest opening a support case so an engineer can take a closer look.
